  • You will develop existing accounts and realize sales targets in Eastern Europe

  • You will support your customers commercially and technically

  • You will identify and acquire new distributors

  • You will represent your company on regular business trips and trade fairs

  • You work hand in hand with the regional marketing manager

Das bringen Sie mit

  • Sound agronomic experience based on a university degree in agriculture or horticulture or comparable qualification

  • First relevant experience in the field

  • Analytical personality with strong communication and negotiating skills

  • Resilience, initiative and the drive to get things done

  • Ability to work in a team

  • Willingness to travel extensively internationally

  • Fluent in English and German; additional languages welcome
