What you can expect:
You will drive sales activities within specific countries, in particular Germany and Poland
You are the first contact of existing distributors
You will identify and develop new markets within the region
You lead the innovation pipeline in terms of new applications
You ensure the technical development and support of the products

What is required:
Sound agronomic experience based on a university degree in agriculture or horticulture or comparable
Cash crop experience desired
5+ years sales experience
Confident individual with strong communication skills
Open to frequent international travel
Fluent in German and English
Additional European languages welcome
