To strengthen its presence in Poland, we are looking for an entrepreneurial sales professional who enjoys developing new business, building long-term customer partnerships and driving sustainable market growth. This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of a strategically important market while working closely with an international team.

Develop and grow the Polish market for feed additives..
Acquire new customers and strengthen long-term relationships.
Manage key accounts and identify new market opportunities.
Negotiate commercial agreements, pricing and contract conditions.
Drive the implementation of the sales strategy across Poland.
Work closely with Technical Sales and international colleagues to deliver customer solutions.

Several years of sales experience in Animal Nutrition, Feed Additives or related industries.
Proven success in business development and acquiring new customers.
You enjoy developing markets, building customer relationships and identifying growth opportunities.
Commercial mindset with strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Experience using CRM systems and managing sales pipelines.
Fluent Polish and English skills.
