  • Global sales responsibility

  • Management of international partners and subsidiaries

  • Key driver for strategy development and its implementation in the regions

  • P+L responsibility

  • Develop and agree on budgets and contracts with key accounts, business partners and subsidiaries 

  • Identification and development of new market opportunities

  • Overall responsibility for global sales team

  • International travel up to 50%

  • Minimum of 5 years sales leadership experience

  • Several years of international B2B sales experience

  • Robust network and first hand knowledge of customers needs in the global animal feed industry

  • Assertiveness paired with empathy

  • Ability to negotiate and close highly profitable agreements in a complex, matrix environment

  • Willingness to relocate 

  • Excellent communication skills in English and German
