• Active participation in exhibitions, trade fairs, congresses

• Support the development of new product pipeline

• Collaboration with different departments such as registration or production

• Attractive remuneration package

• MSc Agricultural Sciences or comparable degree

• Expertise in plant nutrition and trace elements for plants

• At least five years of professional experience in a product development or strategic marketing role

• Intercultural experience

• Pioneering spirit

• Mover with hands-on mentality

• Communicator with sensitivity

• Very good German and English skills

• Spanish advantageous
